HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
- Purchase a session via recording.
- Send me an email within 3 days of purchase with what you need my help with, and I'll get back to you within 3-10 business days with my observations and detailed advice in the form of an audio recording (minimum duration 12 minutes) that you can download and listen to whenever you want.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does coaching take place?
Via email. You send me one email within 7 days of purchase with all the details of a specific situation, your questions etc and I send you a reply in the form of a recording, with all my observations and actionable advice for your situation within 3-10 business days from the day you sent your email (business days: Monday - Friday).
Do you offer refunds?
Coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Since coaching is an involved process on my part, there are not refunds for coaching sessions (whether they have been performed, are unused or you let them expire).
NOTE: I reserve the right to cancel your session if for any reason I feel I cannot or I am not the right person to help you with the specific goal you want coaching on. In this case, you will be issued a full refund and possibly receive recommendations as to who I feel would be better able to help you instead.
Do coaching sessions expire?
Yes. Coaching sessions expire after 30 days, so make sure to use them within that timeframe.
You are solely responsible for remembering when your session expires and making sure to send your email for your session before that date.
We do not send reminders when sessions are about to expire, and there will be no refunds for any remaining sessions that you didn’t do because you didn’t send an email in time.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
How many questions can I ask per session?
You can ask as many questions as you want per session, provided that they are all around the same desire that you want to manifest.
However, keep the average duration of a session in mind when composing your email with your questions to me.
If you have, say, 10 or 15 different and not closely related to each other questions that you want me to address in detail, that is most likely impossible to do in a 12-30 minute session.
I will do my best to answer as many of your questions as possible, but if you know in advance that you have many questions then keep in mind that you may need several sessions to cover everything.
How long is each audio reply/session?
You are guaranteed to receive a recording that is at least 12 minutes long. The maximum duration of a session can be up to 30 minutes long, though.
