Just plug your headphones, hit play and allow this meditation to rewire and program your subconscious mind to manifest miracles on autopilot while you sleep.
Finally, there is the 8-hour "Isn't It Wonderful?" sleep meditation.
For optimum results, follow these guidelines:
✅ Use these as a regular meditation with your eyes closed, or listen to the meditation you want while doing chores around the house. You don't need to pay conscious attention to the affirmations or repeat them, just allow them to play in the background and sink into your subconscious mind (no headphones needed but you can use them if you prefer).
✅ If you prefer sleep meditations, transfer the sleep version of either meditation to your phone and let it play as you sleep (with or without headphones).
✅ Although these meditations start working right away, for best results listen to one of them daily for a minimum of 30 days. If you're using one of the short versions (not the sleep versions), try to use it twice daily for best results.
